C and TRADE O.2, Shipping is turning green

Istanbul
10 - 12 October 2019
In October, AIJA’s Transport Law Commission in cooperation with the International T.R.A.D.E. Commission invite you to Istanbul, the largest city and principal seaport of Turkey. Acting as a bridge between the old and modern, West and East, Europe and Asia, Istanbul has been for centuries a major hub for many modes of transport. The city will host this year’s seminar which will focus on the environmental aspects of shipping and trade. This event will also serve as a follow-up to our last year’s transport law seminar titled ‘Sailing the digital wave’. It’s open to those who had the opportunity to attend last year as well to those who didn’t have the chance and would like to get the latest updates in this area.
The academic programme will cover various topics on environmental issues related to shipping, digitalisation of commerce and transportation processes, blockchain or latest trends in international commerce and finance. The seminar will be attended by international lawyers and leading experts in the transport, logistics and shipping sectors.
We look forward to seeing you!
