Join the webinar organised by the Human Rights Committee in conjunction with the International Private Clients and Family Law Commission on 'Transparency and Individuals' Privacy: a matter of human rights?' on Tuesday 22 March at 13:00 CET / 12:00 GMT.

We are pleased to present a panel discussion with lawyers from England, Singapore and India considering privacy issues in court proceedings (e.g. particularly in relation to publicity regarding high profile individuals) and the tension between human rights versus the move towards greater transparency.
