AIJA organises over 20 high-level scientific events throughout the year.
These meetings are both organized and run by the AIJA members through the Commissions. They offer excellent opportunities to lawyers and inhouse counsel to enhance their skills, network and develop personal visibility among international legal professionals.
In many jurisdictions, the AIJA programs are recognised on an individual basis for the purpose of Continuing Legal Education (CLE).

Through introductory and advanced seminars and the work of its commissions in several practice sections, AIJA offers frequent opportunities for continuing legal education on key issues of international practice, but also skill training.

Annual Congresses
The 4-day Annual Congress and meetings of the Commissions and Management Committees, held in August/September, brings together hundreds of AIJA members for study of issues of interest to both veteran and novice international practitioners as well as helpful exchange of ideas and experience. Half Year Conferences
Every year in May and November AIJA organises two Conferences which are at the same time a unique networking opportunity to meet and exchange good practices as well as a great occasion to enjoy interesting scientific programs with top quality speakers. These Half Year Conferences are also the occasion for Commissions and the Management Committees of AIJA to have their working meetings.
