M&A Winter Seminar

Madonna di Campiglio (Trentino)

15 - 18 January 2020

The M&A Commission is delighted to invite you to a winter seminar in Madonna di Campiglio, Italy. The seminar will focus on teamwork in M&A transactions and mainly on what an M&A lawyer should know beyond his/her specific ‘comfort zone’. We have decided to team up with other AIJA commissions because, as an M&A lawyer, you’ll never walk alone. Therefore, speakers will include lawyers from different private practices as well as in-house counsel. During interactive sessions, they will discuss which M&A transaction ‘pitfalls’ arise from other legal fields, how to structure the right team for each deal, and how to handle that team during the various steps of a transaction (from ‘seed to completion’).

The seminar will also provide a wonderful opportunity to strengthen your professional network with colleagues from all over the world in a relaxed atmosphere, combined with a variety of indoor and outdoor winter activities (skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, mountaineering skiing, snow-shoeing) in the heart of the Dolomiti di Brenta. The beautiful landscape of Dolomiti di Brenta, the exclusive atmosphere, and its gourmet restaurants all contribute to making Madonna di  Campiglio a leading world winter resort, renowned for its spectacular ski runs and natural beauty.
