PAYMENT

A non-refundable DEPOSIT of USD 200 is required for each participant pre-registration.

We accept payment by credit card ONLY.

Payment by credit card ONLY should be processed via the online form to get immediate confirmation of your pre-registration and claim your congress gift at the Washington D.C. Congress stand during the Madrid Congress and the Luxembourg Half-Year November Conference.

A participant can be substituted in writing at any time without charge.
