Cross Boarders Investments in real Estate and Retail Sector

Rome

20 - 22 April 2006

Cross-border real estate investment involving foreign buyers or sellers is a rising trend which most likely will further increase. From an operative point of view this trend needs the cooperation of real estate operators, banks and – of course – lawyers. The aim of this seminar is to provide participants with a practical guidance on the main instruments through which cross border investments are made, with a particular view on investments and development schemes adopted by retailers. Starting from due-diligence review, evaluating possible schemes and financing opportunities, this seminar will get participants involved in projects across all sectors of the real estate business, including acquisition, spin-offs, real estate funds, joint ventures, real estate M&A, commercial lease agreements development and cross-border investments. Interactive panel discussions shall focus on legal and operative issues concerning the structure of agreements
