Webinar | Remote for real: Now and beyond COVID-19

Online

03 June 2020  /  16:00 - 16:45

Like many professionals, most lawyers are currently working from home. Many companies have mandated working from home and are likely to maintain this approach until the end of the year and, in some cases, beyond.

But this doesn't mean that these organisations automatically become remote companies. The infrastructure of a remote company is very different. For instance, employees can work whenever and wherever they choose on the basis that they are able to focus on high performance and output. How do you build a remote-first structure whilst maintaining strong teams, employee commitment and culture, for now and also beyond the COVID-19 crisis?

In this session, BRYTER’s CPO and co-founder, Michael Hübl, will share his experience in building a remote-first company and best practices that underpin remote businesses.
