AIJA and EFFAS Sign Cooperation Agreement to Benefit Young Lawyers

AIJA, the global association dedicated to lawyers and in-house counsel aged 45 and under, and EFFAS, the European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies, are pleased to announce the signing of a cooperation agreement aimed at fostering cross-cultural understanding and supporting the professional development of young lawyers.

The cooperation agreement aims to support the activities of the International Association of Young Lawyers by participating with speakers or panelist and co-organizing events. EFFAS will provide its expertise and insights to young lawyers, while also gaining valuable exposure to the AIJA’s global network. As part of the agreement, EFFAS will offer a discount on its leading programme on environment, social and govenance issues, the EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst programme online at the EFFAS Academy to AIJA Members.

Jesús Lopez Zaballos, Chairman of EFFAS, said, “We are pleased to enter into this agreement to benefit young lawyers around the world. Currently, 69% of CESGA holders are aged 45 or under, and this agreement seeks to promote the incorporation of more young professionals around the world. EFFAS is committed to promoting the highest standards and this partnership with AIJA will allow us to reach a wider audience and contribute to the ESG exposure of the young lawyers.”
