Victoria is a Stockholm based partner at Venturis Consulting Group. She has 23 years of experience in the legal space, including 6 years at a leading Swedish law firm and 14 years on the client side, heading up the legal function in three different companies, including at Tele2, one of Sweden’s largest telcos. She has been part of the management team in those companies too.
Since 2019 she works as a strategy and management consultant, helping law firms and legal departments tune into the needs of tomorrow and develop strategy, operations and leadership.

The session will consist first of a short presentation given by Victoria Swedjemark from Venturis on some key elements and characteristics of the future law firm, followed by the small-group discussion on what can be done on an individual level vs what must be built on a more structural level and what the key opportunites are, as well as barriers.
