Das alle zwei Jahre stattfindende deutschsprachige AIJA-Seminar hat traditionell einen SCILL-Fokus was für Skills, Career, Innovation, Leadership and Learning steht. Beim Seminar 2026 wollen wir den Fokus auf das Thema Leadership legen, denn Führung will gelernt sein und kommt in der juristischen Ausbildung viel zu kurz.
1. Personalführung
Fast die Hälfte der Arbeitnehmenden ist entweder aktiv auf der Suche nach einem neuen Arbeitsplatz oder offen für neue Herausforderungen. Eine hohe Fluktuation ist immer mit hohen Kosten verbunden. Neue Mitarbeiter:innen müssen gesucht und eingearbeitet werden. Dem Thema Personalführung kommt also eine große Bedeutung zu. Doch was ist gute Führung? Im Rahmen des Seminars lernen wir die Grundlagen einer erfolgreichen Personalführung kennen.
2. Selbstführung
Nur wer sich selbst gut führen kann, kann auch andere gut führen. Eine gute Selbstführung ist daher der erste Schritt zu einer guten Führungspersönlichkeit. Im Rahmen des Seminars möchten wir den Teilnehmenden Wissen und einen Handwerkskasten mit an die Hand geben, damit wir uns alle zu grandiosen Führungspersönlichkeiten entwickeln können.
3. Unternehmensführung
Neben der Personalführung und der Selbstführung stellt die Unternehmensführung die dritte Gruppe im Bereich Leadership dar, zu der das Seminar einen vertiefenden Einblick gewähren wird.
Das Ziel: Die junge Generation zu erfolgreichen künftigen Führungskräften machen!
Als Location dient Mallorca, wo sich Licht, Meer und Berge zu einer der schönsten Inseln im Mittelmeer vereinen. Wir werden die malerischen Landschaften, die typische Gastronomie und die charmanten Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen in der pulsierenden und traditionsreichen Stadt Palma genießen und zeigen Euch, warum selbst die spanische Königsfamilie ihre Urlaube auf Mallorca verbringt. Es ist eine Insel voller Kultur, Geschichte und Natur. Mallorca ist pure Magie, eine Insel, in die sich jeder, der einmal dort war, verliebt.

AIJA shall not be held liable for any expenses the participant may suffer as the result of participant’s failure to comply with his/her obligations.
It is recommended for each participant to purchase a cancellation and travel insurance.
Please note that in-house counsel registrations are subject to review and confirmation by AIJA. AIJA considers in-house counsel professionals who hold a university degree in law allowing access to a bar association and practicing law as an in-house counsel in private, public, or non-profit companies, institutions or organisations. Please note that in-house counsel who are at the same time active as fee-earning lawyers or consultants are not eligible to the discounted in-house counsel fee.

Seminar venue
The event will take place in Hotel Costa Azul.
Located right on Palma’s Paseo Marítimo, Hotel Costa Azul enjoys one of the city’s most iconic waterfront settings. The promenade stretches along the marina with stunning sea views, palm-lined walkways, and a lively mix of cafés, terraces, and bars.
The hotel also features a swimming pool, located on an upper floor and offering beautiful views over Palma’s marina.
Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will take place at Beatnik Restaurant & Bar.
Beatnik is in the district of La Lonja, one of Palma’s most charming historic areas, where stunning Gothic architecture, lively restaurants, and Mediterranean elegance meet. Its picturesque cobblestone streets, centered around the iconic Sa Llotja building, offer a perfect blend of culture, gastronomy, and nightlife—making La Lonja an essential stop for anyone seeking the authentic spirit of Palma.
Friday Dinner
Friday dinner will take place at Nudos Atelier, a stylish waterfront restaurant located in Palma’s vibrant port area.
Just steps away rises Palma’s magnificent Cathedral, an iconic Gothic masterpiece whose golden sandstone façade overlooks the bay. The area blends sea views, historic architecture, and a lively marina atmosphere.
Optional Excursion with dinner and party in Bodegas Ferrer
On Saturday, we will head out on an excursion to Bodegas Ferrer in Binissalem, one of Mallorca’s most renowned wine regions. Surrounded by vineyards and mountain views, the area is known for its rich winemaking tradition and distinctive local varieties, offering an authentic taste of the island’s rural charm.
We will enjoy a guided tour through both the winery and the vineyards, discovering the winemaking traditions of Bodegas Ferrer. Afterwards, we will prepare a delicious paella together while tasting local wines from the region—so make sure the paella turns out well, as it will be our dinner!
- 16:00: Pick up by bus at Hotel Costa Azul
- 16:45: Guided visit to Bodegas Ferrer
- 19.15: Paella School - preparation and degustation of traditional paellas paired with the wines of the winery
- 21.30: After party with open bar
- 23.30: Bus back to Hotel Costa Azul
For those who do not wish to stay for the party there will be a bus back to the hotel at 21.30.
