The event will take place in Hotel Costa Azul.

Located right on Palma’s Paseo Marítimo, Hotel Costa Azul enjoys one of the city’s most iconic waterfront settings. The promenade stretches along the marina with stunning sea views, palm-lined walkways, and a lively mix of cafés, terraces, and bars.

The hotel also features a swimming pool, located on an upper floor and offering beautiful views over Palma’s marina.

The Welcome Reception will take place at Beatnik Restaurant & Bar.

Beatnik is in the district of La Lonja, one of Palma’s most charming historic areas, where stunning Gothic architecture, lively restaurants, and Mediterranean elegance meet. Friday Dinner

Friday dinner will take place at Nudos Atelier, a stylish waterfront restaurant located in Palma’s vibrant port area.

Just steps away rises Palma’s magnificent Cathedral, an iconic Gothic masterpiece whose golden sandstone façade overlooks the bay. The area blends sea views, historic architecture, and a lively marina atmosphere.

Optional Excursion with dinner and party in Bodegas Ferrer

On Saturday, we will head out on an excursion to Bodegas Ferrer in Binissalem, one of Mallorca’s most renowned wine regions. Surrounded by vineyards and mountain views, the area is known for its rich winemaking tradition and distinctive local varieties, offering an authentic taste of the island’s rural charm.

We will enjoy a guided tour through both the winery and the vineyards, discovering the winemaking traditions of Bodegas Ferrer. Afterwards, we will prepare a delicious paella together while tasting local wines from the region—so make sure the paella turns out well, as it will be our dinner!

 - 16:00: Pick up by bus at Hotel Costa Azul
 - 16:45: Guided visit to Bodegas Ferrer
 - 19.15: Paella School - preparation and degustation of traditional paellas paired with the wines of the winery
 - 21.30: After party with open bar
 - 23.30: Bus back to Hotel Costa Azul

For those who do not wish to stay for the party there will be a bus back to the hotel at 21.30.

Transportation Guide from Palma Airport to Hotel Costa Azul

• By taxi, the trip from Palma Airport to Hotel Costa Azul takes around 15-20 minutes (depending on the traffic), making it the fastest and most convenient option.
  Costs: 20-30 €

• By bus, first A1 line from the airport to “Plaça d’Espanya”, and then transfer to Line 1 toward Portopí, getting off at the “Passeig Marítim / Monsenyor Palmer” stop near the hotel. The total journey by bus takes approximately 35–40 minutes.
  Costs: aprox. 10 €

Within Palma itself, it is possible to get around on foot, as many of the city’s most popular areas and attractions are located close to each other.

Practical Information

• Weather: In April, Palma enjoys pleasant spring weather, with warm and comfortable days that are ideal for walking around the city. Evenings can feel cooler, but overall, the climate is mild and enjoyable. Even in spring, Mallorca gets plenty of sunshine. Bringing sunglasses and sunscreen is advisable.
  • Nevertheless, we recommend checking the weather forecast before packing, just to make sure you bring the right clothing for your stay.
• Safety: Palma is generally very safe. As in any tourist destination, keep an eye on personal belongings in busy areas.
• Language: Spanish is widely spoken, and many people in Palma speak English and German, especially in hotels, shops, and restaurants.
• Currency: € Euro. Credit cards are widely accepted, but it’s useful to carry a small amount of cash for cafés or local markets.
• Tipping: Not mandatory but appreciated.

To the extent necessary for the execution of their respective tasks, our subcontractors in charge of our seminar organisation, our IT infrastructure, our management, the production and maintenance of our website and extranet, are likely to gain access to your data from time to time. Their servers are located in the European Union.

Data relating to your participation in the event shall be stored for a period of 10 years. We are obliged to archive billing data until the end of the period required for our tax and accounting obligations, i.e. for 7 full tax years.

We shall store your contact information to keep you informed until you ask us to stop. You have the right to access your data and have it corrected if necessary.
