I, hereby declare that the prospective Collective Member meets the eligibility criteria for membership in AIJA as outlined in Article 8 of the AIJA Bylaws as Collective Member, for being a national, regional or local association or other grouping of lawyers and/or in-house counsel, satisfying the two following conditions: a) The Collective Member represents young lawyers or in-house counsel of their jurisdiction, region or bar association; and b) The Collective Member's objectives and activities are compatible with articles 2 and 3 of the articles of association of AIJA.
