Beatriz Cabal is a mergers & acquisitions partner at Galindo, Arias & López. She also focuses on Regulatory, Public Procurement and Data Privacy Law, specialising in the Telecommunications, Media and Technology, Energy, Retail and Wholesale, and Pharmaceutical industries.

Bram Caudri leads Houthoff's Corporate/M&A practice. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, including corporate takeovers, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital. His work focuses on private equity and M&A transactions with an international angle, He represents both domestic and foreign private equity and venture capital investors and strategic parties.

AIJA President Moritz Maurer is an M&A partner at Niederer Kraft Frey. Moritz focuses on mergers & acquisitions, in particular as buyer’s advisor of privately held companies in various industries (especially retail). Other areas of work include joint ventures, venture capital and private equity transactions as well as corporate law.
