The Intellectual Property, Technology, Media, and Telecommunications deals with a broad range of cutting-edge topics in the fields of technology, intellectual property, telecoms, privacy and media.
The Commission is an open and dynamic forum where members are encouraged to engage actively in the life of the Commission and in particular the organization of seminars and working sessions. The Commission has a dedicated group on LinkedIn aimed and ensuring a virtual dialogue among commission’s members outside the seminars, half-year conferences and the annual congress.
The success of the Commission rests on the friendliness, enthusiasm and commitment of its members as well as the quality of its academic program.
Over the course of the last few years, the Commission has organised a number of successful stand-alone seminars and scientific event during AIJA half-year conferences and Annual Congresses.
The Commission has a tradition of working with other AIJA commissions and other associations such as the International Bar Association (‘IBA’), American Bar Association (‘ABA’), International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (‘IAEL’), Union Internationale des Avocats (‘UIA’).
